This formulation, which uses mild surfactants that will not strip the scalp nor the hair, contains humectants, panthenol, and pro-vitamin B5 to moisturize, nurture and condition the hair.

A black goat hair, kabuki-style brush with severely rounded edges and a gently cut angled head allowing for fuller coverage on the planes of the face. Ideally used with the Mineral Powder SPF 15 as well as other powder formulations. Pick up powder on the slanted face, tap off excess and buff into the skin.
