For natural and artificial nails, produces a matte finish, thereby creating the perfect surface for enamel adhesion. This base coat/top coat allows polish to remain on the nails 4-7 days longer than an ordinary base coat and prevents chipping and tip wear. This fast drying base coat/ top coat dries up to 4 coats of enamel to a high, glossy shine in less than 3 minutes. Toluene and formaldehyde free and contains a UV inhibitor, which prevents yellowing.
