The First Crusade and the Idea of Crusading

Orginially created in 1830, this pattern was inspired by Islamic art. The arabesque motif features multiple diamondpoints enhanced with a pattern of acanthus leaves and stars. The wavy curves and delicate lines contribute to the charming touch of the dish.
