Tap off excess and test the color on the back of your hand to ensure you have the desired amount of pigment. Lift your chin up as you look down into your mirror and sweep the brush from the outer corner of your eye inward alone or over your existing eyeliner. Using small strokes, press and push the brush across your lash line walking it toward the inner lash.Trish Tip: To softly define the lower lash, place chin down, looking up into your mirror and follow the above directions.
