This pigment-rich lip liner and long-wearing lip color formula combines the precision application of a pencil with the look of a semi-matte lip color. The multi-function formula can also be used on cheeks.

Always start with a sharpened Pencil. To use as a one-step lip liner and lip color, line using the side of your Essential Pencil and then fill in the lip.

To use as a cheek color, apply the pencil to your ring finger and press and blend onto the high apple of the cheek.
