The Emile Henry classic oval gratin dish is shallow enough to spread a thin layer of food with a perfectly browned crust or topping. The handles make it easy to remove the dish from the oven with pot holders or oven gloves and is designed with shallow sloping sides, to ease out the cooked food.

Named for the fortified cathedral, its austere and rounded forms are juxtaposed and highlighted with a fine double line in a new interpretation of the Louis Philippe style. Albi is available as a 5 piece place setting in both silver and sterling. Silver accessory pieces also available.
